Professional Experience
At the beginning of his career Christian Gassauer-Fleissner was active mainly in the areas of corporate law and M&A,intellectual property, unfair competition, general commercial, contract, real estate and employment law.
Following his admission to the Austrian bar, his principal practice areas included intellectual property, corporate and M&A as well as advice to entrepreneurs, family-owned industry and private clients and contract law.
Over the past few years he has increasingly focused on patent, trademark and unfair competition law as well as on comprehensive advice and assistance to entrepreneurs, family-owned industry (including M&A) and private foundations. He also advises institutions in the areas of sports, culture and science. Christian Gassauer-Fleissner has been appointed as arbitrator in a number of national and international arbitral proceedings.
