Real Estate Law is one of the most rapidly expanding fields of Gassauer-Fleissner Rechtsanwälte GmbH. Among our clients there are large real estate development companies, international funds, real estate holding companies, and a multitude of private individuals and private trusts as lessees. Our work encompasses all aspects of real estate, such as counselling in development projects, advice in the sale and acquisition of real estate portfolios and the representation in negotiations for lease contracts. In addition we represent owners, lessors and lessees in litigious proceedings before the courts and in administrative proceedings before the Austrian authorities.
