The regulatory group is a small, but highly specialised unit of Gassauer-Fleissner Rechtsanwälte („GFR”). It has besides the counselling of undertakings in matters of public and European Law specialised on public enterprises, with a focus on the inter-twined areas of state aid, public procurement and related constitutional as well as Community law issues. Besides, our practice covers a diverse range of legal fields, such as pharmaceutical regulations, foodstuffs law, chemicals law, water law and other public law issues. We represent our clients before all state authorities, specialized administrative boards and the public law courts. A further speciality is counselling activity in the area of public international law.
