- permanent adviser on public procurement and state aid (including public services) related issues for a major Austrian city and its public enterprises.
- counsel to a public undertaking in the preparation and implementation of the restructuring in line with the ECJ’s Altmark Trans decision and the forthcoming “Monti package”.
- permanent advice to various clients in questions of public economic law, mainly trade law, chemicals law, foodstuffs law, water law and further related areas.
- litigation before the public law courts, e.g. the successful attacking of parts of the Austrian patent Act in the light of constitutional and ECHR principles before the Austrian Constitutional Court.
- advice with regard to the ambulance and sick transport sector in conjunction with market entrance in this specific public service sector.
- counsel with regard to the implementation of River Information Services, a highly innovative IT-system for the inland waterway transport sector, to be implemented by the competent federal authorities and the government of the Republic of Austria.
